Summer Camps

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided to offer mostly virtual camps and a few blended camps that will take place both outside with Portland Stage staff and virtually at home.

Cancellation policy: Once we are able to confirm whether camps will be in-person or virtual, we will offer you an opportunity to receive a full refund if our plan for camp does not work for you and your family.

Portland Stage reserves the right to cancel a program two weeks prior to its start if a minimal enrollment is not achieved. In the event that Portland Stage cancels a program, families will be contacted two weeks prior and a full refund will be offered. Portland Stage also reserves the right to combine programs, change teachers, or extend the ages of the participants at its discretion.

Our theater camps are fun, challenging, and enriching! Stories of all kinds are used to fuel active, collaborative, and process-based summer programs for grades K–12. Spend the summer working with professional actors, directors, and artisans. Every participant is invited to think, speak, and act imaginatively, critically, and creatively in an environment of inclusivity and safe play. Please register based on the grade your camper will be enrolled in for the 2020-2021 school year.

Sign up for multiple weeks of camp and receive a 10% discount!

Portland Stage Education strives to welcome and celebrate all people regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic class, national origin, religion, gender identity, neurological, or physical ability.
