Portland Stage’s April Vacation Camp has moved to a virtual platform.
Dive into classic stories for five exciting days while on your school breaks! Our theater camps immerse participants in all aspects of theater, culminating in an open studio performance for friends and family at the end of the week! Camps are taught by professional actors, directors, and artisans. Students are invited to think imaginatively, critically, and creatively in an environment of inclusivity and safe play.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellations or changes made more than two months prior to the first day of a Portland Stage Education program will be fully refunded. Any cancellation made between two and one month prior to the first day of a program will receive a 50% refund. Portland Stage will not be able to grant refunds made less than one month before the start of a program.
Portland Stage reserves the right to cancel a program two weeks prior to its start if a minimal enrollment is not achieved. In the event that Portland Stage cancels a program families will be contacted two weeks prior and a full refund will be offered. Portland Stage also reserves the right to combine programs, change teachers, or extend the ages of the participants at its discretion.

April Vacation Camp
Monday, April 20 – Friday, April 24 | 10 AM – 2 PM
Grades 4–6 | $195
Jump into the world of performance AND Harry Potter through our Virtual April Vacation Camp! Participants will collaborate with other young artists, learn about acting, get individualized coaching with our education artists, participate in arts and crafts, create their own skits, and more – all from the comfort of their own home! Camp days will be a combination of video chats & activities as well as individual theater projects (to reduce screen time!). Families will be provided with a daily schedule, emailed materials, and a camp packet mailed to your door with supplies you will need for the week. Other supplies will be common household items and we will help families come up with alternatives when necessary.
Camp will culminate in a virtual sharing on Friday for families and friends.
