The Portland Stage Affiliate Artists present and participate in a diverse range of programs each season, dedicated to exploring new theatrical works, bringing the written word to the stage, and welcoming the community into the theater.

Happy Birthday Mr. Dickens

Monday, February 6, 2012 * 7:00pm 
Two hundred years ago, Charles Dickens was born, and whether you drink a toast in wine or ale or water, Portland Stage invites you to share in an evening of readings in celebration of his work.

St. Patrick's Day readings
Monday, March 12, 2012 * 7:00pm

An evening of short readings and performances from literature, theater, and pop-culture celebrating that most Irish-American of holidays.

Longfellow's Shorts: author TBD
Sunday, April 1, 2012 * 7:00pm 
Another in the series of Longfellow's Shorts author events, featuring readings, commentary, and an open discussion with the author of a new work of literature.

Unless otherwise noted, all Affiliate Artists events take place on the Portland Stage Mainstage at 25A Forest Avenue in Portland and are open to the public on a Pay-what-you-can basis.
