For 36 years, Mainers have been introduced to great theater through performances at Portland Stage. From the very beginning, Portland Stage donors have been more than observers of our work... they have participated.

Financial support by those who believe in the work of Portland Stage is an essential part of creating great theater. As a nonprofit theater, gifts from individuals, businesses, government and foundations underwrite 40% of Portland Stage's annual operating budget and are the means by which we create high quality productions, keep ticket prices affordable and offer stimulating education programs. All of this is made possible because of this support.

Portland Stage offers an array of benefits which make getting involved rewarding and enjoyable. Benefits are offered at varying levels of support and appeal to a wide range of interests.
